Based in Taunton, we cover the whole of the south west including , Somerset, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Bristol, South wales and Gloucestershire.

With over 15 years experience prescribing and programming equipment and assessing the needs of each individual you can be assured well find a solution for you. We also offer a full after-sales service which includes any repairs and servicing which we can carry out in our workshop or at your home.

ARB Mobility Ltd reserves the right to alter or revoke, with informing clients, of any orders placed with incorrect pricing, and to revise the website pricing and order forms shown without notice in line with the provision of pricing supplied by manufacturers of the products.

When the products being supplied are bespoke and unique to clients the published pricing is a starting from price, showing the price at which the minimum the product showed is purchasable. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. To ensure that we can provide items at the VAT exempt price you will need to either complete a declaration form which must be signed and returned to us. Or declare that you are eligible for VAT exemption.

Items that are not of a personal nature and that have not been custom-made or customised to your requirements can be returned for exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt. Any costs involved in returning any products will be met by you unless the items are damaged or faulty when received.

The items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items that are of a personal nature cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

Items that are bespoke and or custom made or otherwise customised cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

When deposits are made for custom goods, the deposit is non-refundable.

Postage, packaging, or any other shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is being returned because it is faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, complete and, wherever possible, with the original packaging.  We cannot accept an item returned as faulty or damaged if reasonable care of the product has not been taken, or where instructions relating to the use of the product have not been followed or where the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
